Thank you for supporting LifeVerse. Each item we create is handcrafted, curated, or prepared with intention, care, and magical clarity. This policy explains our shipping process and our strict all-sales-final return policy.
🌿 Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Handcrafted apothecary items may require additional preparation time based on ingredient availability, curing periods, or seasonal production.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to supply replenishment, processing time may extend. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and carrier rates.
Estimated delivery windows (after processing):
- U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (subject to customs processing)
Delivery times are provided by carriers and cannot be guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Lost or stolen packages
- Delivery marked “delivered” but not received
- Carrier delays or issues beyond our control
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may request reshipment by paying the additional shipping fee.
International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, import taxes, and delays associated with international shipping.
We cannot adjust customs values or mark packages as gifts.
🔮 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because our products include handcrafted apothecary goods, custom ritual items, and instantly delivered digital files, and due to energetic, sanitary, and safety considerations:

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items, under any circumstances.
This applies to both physical and digital products, including:
- Ritual blends, herbs, botanicals, oils, sprays
- Intention salts and spell or manifestation jars
- Candles, incense, smoke-cleansing materials
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Digital downloads or printable guides
- Any opened, handled, or used product
- Seasonal or clearance items
- Bulk or wholesale orders
Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.
This protects the integrity of our small-batch products and ensures safe handling for all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (The Only Exception)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace the affected item(s).
To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging and damage
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
If a package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), we will open a claim with the carrier and determine the appropriate resolution.
We do not issue refunds for damaged or lost items — replacement only.
Digital Product Policy
All digital downloads are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-transferable.
Once delivered, the sale is final.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, contact us and we will assist you.
🌙 Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase only if processing has not begun.
Once we start preparing your order, cancellation is no longer possible.
